Psychological stability of military personnel and certain factors influencing it

Abstract

: The rapid development of information technology- based science has been observed in recent years to negatively affect the psychological stability of military personnel, thereby diminishing the quality of military service training, morale, and interpersonal conduct. For military personnel to honorably fulfill their legally mandated duty of defending the independence and security of the state, it is of paramount importance that their psychological stability be ensured. Conditions for ensuring the psychological stability of military personnel will be created by implementing measures to guarantee that stability, by intensifying training and research activities in the field of psychological support, and by enhancing the professional competence of unit psychologists and cultural-educational officers.
