The impact of employee participation and managerial support on organizational development
An organization is understood as a unit with a defined structure and system, established to achieve specific objectives and implement particular activities. The foundation of an organization’s success and development is determined not only by managerial decisions and policies but also by its employees' participation. It is essential to recognize that an organization’s productivity, efficiency, and level of growth depend on employees’ competence, commitment, ethics, and sense of responsibility, and are closely associated with their satisfaction, engagement, and dedication. Moreover, managerial support plays a role in these processes. In this article, we aim to identify employee participation in organizational development and explore how managerial support influences this involvement.
The scope of the study comprises 26 teachers and staff members, aged between 20 and 60, from the Military Music Polytechnic College of the Mongolian National Defense University. The research was conducted using a specially designed questionnaire. The questionnaire included both multiple-choice and open-ended questions, and the participants were categorized and analyzed according to their age, gender, level of education, and years of service within the organization.
